Superb

Excellent in all areas!

Cleanliness, huge selection of breakfast, nice pool, comfy bed, lovely staff, on point location, bathrrom with separate shower space and bath tub, iron with separate iron table and what not!

Lighting of the room seemed not sufficient enough, more light will be comfy for the eyes and work. And we were 03 but they provided brush and toothpaste for only one.

A decent stay and a good location but ended up on a sour note with the GM

The FO and in particular the bell boy was very helpful.

I paid for a late check out but the GM was most unaccommodating when I requested for a few minutes more as my husband was unwell. However , he said I had to leave the room in 20 mins time or he will charge another USD 50/- He sounded most unkind. I requested to see him personally and told him I also own a hotel but we do not treat guests this way especially when their spouse is unwell.

Had a very relaxing stay at Ramada. Changed to non-smoking room. Would definitely visit again.

I booked a smoking room by mistake but the hotel changed without an extra charge. Very spacious and relaxing environment. Room was spacious, cleaned and refreshed daily. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, specially Iresh & Nivethitha. Breakfast buffet included many diverse options and a dining area with a great view. Everything was fresh and delicious. In-house restaurants were affordable and food was great. Many in-house options, salon and spa. Overall a great experience.

Location is good

Housekeeping did not pay attention the completeness of the things in the bathroom. Never change or add the soap etc. And sometimes, the tower were not changed/replaced until we asked them
