A beautiful, spacious, and luxurious resort that often times not overly crowded

The service from the staff was incredible. Room service was prompt with requests. Cleanliness of the room. Glad we upgraded to the club lounge rooms. Well worth the extra upcharge. Particularly Teresa the waitress on the beach. She is an absolute treasure and the resort is lucky to have her.

The buffet could have used more food options such as carved meats (I.e prime rib) and seafood

Good location , friendly personnel, good food but very business oriented oriented.

Location was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

-Very business oriented. The hall way of hotel was full of sales persons! - There was no sign for showing toilets! Always you had to ask a service personnel its location - The beds/stretchers by the pool were behind the cabanas the rent of which was $150 /day, blocking the stretchers view. - The shade umbrellas on the beach were too little too far from the edge of the water. - For the vast area of pools and beach, there was only two showers in the same location. You had to struggle to find it! No sign showing the location of shower!

The Problem of Front desk.

A tall western woman wearing a headband at the front desk was very unprofessional. She was a blunt and unbecoming employee of Hyatt's reputation. That was the only problem. The other was quite good.

Hyatt Ziva has perfect beach for family

Most of the foods in thr restaurants and outside street grill foods were more than expected, we loved it.Staffs are kind and willing to help. Pools were clean and adequate for my boys. Most of all, the beach is awesome! Beautiful and many fish are swarming and sands are soft.. perfect beach!

Hyatt is Japanese company so, I see more Japanese than usual. So I really expected good Asian food.. But, the restaurant "Moongate" was unsatisfactory.. they offer sushi and many Japanese food but I will not like any of the food.. fish was no fresh, rice was dry and hard, soup was not authentic.

Highly recommend the hotel. Excellent services and service.

I loved the facility, the food, the water the kids zone and most importantly the staff. Everyone was so kind and genuine. My son stayed at the kids zone and the staff there, as everywhere in the hotel, was excellent. Thank you Melissa and Everlynn.

Everything was good but the rooms are about small in the club towers.

Everything was amazing and want to thank Jorge and Gigi for making our anniversary trip even better! Highly recommended

The property is amazing, we stayed in the turquoise tower for 3 nights. Jorge and Gigi went above and beyond to make our stay amazing! All the staff were very friendly and eager to help!

I enjoyed everything about the property!
