Fairy tale place to stay in a beautiful town!

The facilities are beautiful! We loved staying here and enjoyed every moment. The Christmas decorations added to the magical setting. The breakfast was so delicious as well.

The only possible complaint Id have is the fact that our bathroom lights came on automatically when we entered. This was a little jarring in the middle of the night when Id have preferred to not have every light on. (There were 3 that all turned on).

A unique experience serviced by professional and friendly staff

Location and parking excellant. The hotel met all our expectations. All staff, from those that greeted us, to those providing us extra milk (with choice) and breakfast were extremely courteous, polite, well presented and knowledgeable.

Charming, comfortable and romantic

The welcome from the reception was fantastic. The hotel was charming, warm and very intimate. The room was spacious and the four poster bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. A wonderful place well worth visiting

Heavenly ,historic and very peaceful place to stay

Relaxing and peaceful beautiful historical building , great location as the green dnd shops of Broadway are two minutes walk away via a private gate . Interesting place with for scents everywhere really lovely atmosphere and character. Staff were lovely and friendly . Pleasant quiet atmosphere and high quality touches .

Very pleasant

Everything was fantastic. Staff incredibly friendly rooms were really nice.

The bathroom was not an ensuite in the room we were staying in and there was no real shower facility, so for the price it would have been nice to be notified.
