a comfortable and relaxing stay

the location was perfect, the living space was generous and comfortable for 2 couples to be able to enjoy lounging around and watch a movie in the lounge room comfortably.

we chose the property because of the private pool however unfordable it was not connected to the heater. the beach was about 5 degrees warmer than the pool. we possibly would have stayed closer to the beach had we known. the main bathroom needed a shower screen. we had to use towels to mop up the water which wasnt ideal.

Loved the house but if you fix the minor items, it would be worthy of A Perfect Stay.

Great location for Byron town access, good house with some good features, pool, aircon and plenty of room, but it had quite a number of minor issues, relative to the cost of a week there. (see below)

1 big thing. The aircon unit in the living area is dripping water onto the floor which is dangerous as I nearly slipped over & fell down the stairs to the laundry. Lots of small things; The BBQ ignition is broken. No vacuum or dustpan, Oven trays are old & rusty. Both ice cube trays are cracked & leak. No umbrella (it rains in Byron). Bin area outside needs to be cleaned, it stank. Recycle bins were overflowing & not put out. The oven is not working & 2 of 4 gas rings are not working.
