Very good value stay.

The hotel was lovely, very good value of money to stay in a very clean room. The spa was also great. Very comfortable generally I recommend to everyone who'd like to get a budget but good room in Geneva.

The spa was lovely but lacked someone monitoring the space - there was a guest with dog who entered the spa area but no staff came to stop her.

Modern, stylish hotel

The hotel is modern and very nice inside. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the rooms are small but adequate enough. The location is amazing, a short walk from the lake and the train station to the airport. The public transport is great if you are visiting the spa (one bus ride away) and you can walk into the Old Town in about 20 minutes. There is a gym and spa at the hotel which we didnt use so cannot comment. Tea and coffee is free in the lobby and breakfast was great, with many options available including cooked breakfast, pastries, yoghurts, cereal, fruits, meats and cheeses. Definitely worth having breakfast included! The hotel gives you a free travel pass for public transport and they held our luggage for us when we werent flying home until later that day. Many reviews commented about the area being sketchy and feeling unsafe at night, the hotel is in the red light district of Geneva where sex work is legal. There are men standing on the streets at all hours of the night to ensure business is running smoothly. They were only ever courteous and polite to us, smiling and telling us to have a nice day. There was an element of care towards us as they could tell we were tourists and we never felt unsafe. They are only trying to make money and drawing attention to themselves would harm their business, so they never behaved badly towards us or anybody else that we saw.

The shower was small and there is nothing guarding against the water spilling out into the room, so often when we showered, the entire floor of the room was soaking wet afterwards. The walls are paper thin - we could hear the entire conversation of the room next door to us and the noise was amplified when the couple next door came back at 2am having an argument. The toilet cubicle was again, very small and you could barely move in there. The lifts also - tiny! You can just about fit two people in there and nothing else, no bags or luggage.

Very good

Nice hotel for couples or friends, easy location, warm rooms without temperature controls

The room was a nice size and the bed very comfortable, the hotel put out petals in the room since we were celebrating our engagement in Geneva. We were able to hold our luggage prior to the check in time for freedom on our first day in the city and that was handy, along with the travel card the hotel provides (most hotels in the city do the same I believe) and this helped us get around massively. The hotel was easy to find, is close to the train and bus stations and a short walk to the lake which was lovely.

The main concern was that there was no air con in the room, which going through the hotel description many times is not stated, in fact it says the rooms all have air conditioning and felt this was misleading and should be clearly shown when booking. You can open the window but its a lovely part of Geneva its actually the red light District and as a very light sleeper I wasnt able to do so. So whilst the bed was comfortable, I was uncomfortable as it was very hot there is a heated pool just two floors below making the hotel very warm. The pool also was full of children on our visit, jumping in and out of the pool and shouting at one another, this wasnt very relaxing and not possible to swim or relax at the same time, which isnt expected from a spa area so wouldnt recommend the hotel on the relaxing spa element as this wasnt the case. But once they left the space as much calmer and we were able to swim and attend the jacuzzi, which was nice. The shower also did not regulate temperature and it was chaos when scalding water would appear regularly. The mirror in the room is nearly blacked out too and it was difficult to do your hair and makeup.

Choices for a budget hotel in Geneva are limited and its hard to know the area from the internet but more has to be don

Its a small boutique hotel, clean, and friendly staff

The location is a disappointment, there are crowds of people drinking and partying all night long and in the morning the street is littered with garbage

I'll stay here again when I visit Geneva

This was a great stay while on my honeymoon. The rooms were beautiful, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was tasty, and it was a few minutes away from the train station, but still close to the lake. Free coffee and tea. They let us keep our luggage there after we checked out.

Walls were a little thin, so bring earplugs (this muted the noise easily); elevator was small; shower is glass and see through, which was great for our honeymoon but families might find this awkward.

Great stay in Geneva during a short stay for Xmas markets.

It was good quality inside. The rooms are small but all you need for a little get away. Very clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. The spa area was nice. Good quality for the price paid. 5 minutes walk down to the Xmas market.

Just location being on the street of the red light district. I felt intimidated as a female going out at night. The lift will only fit two people in it and if you have any fears of small spaces then its not for you!
