Disappointing

Okay but would not recommend for female solo travelers

Beds are relatively sturdy. There were power outlets at every bed. The bathroom was relatively clean but did not have warm water. Kitchen was okay, well equipped and clean. Location is good to reach places in Koreatown, it is also quite close to the metro.

For the check-in, you just get a code for the main door and your room. I did not see any staff and there was no reception. Traveling alone, this actually made me feel a bit unsafe, in a sense of, if anything happened in the shared room, I would have no one to turn to. It did not make me feel safer that I didn't see any other women in the hostel, I only shared the whole house with men apparently (or I just didn't see the women). The codes instead of keys also gave me a feeling of, anyone could enter the place if they have stayed there once. I don't know how often they change these codes, but I would recommend guests to pay extra attention to not leaving valuables anywhere. The streets around the hostel are very dirty and it's generally not a very nice area.

Had to pay $2 (they demanded cash) for a towel and thats just one towel. Nowhere to even hang it. Bathrooms were disgusting, no privacy in the bathrooms.

Bad

Total crap management.. tried to steal 40$ I paid cash for a night. Charged card AND took the cash AND never gave me change. Booking.com had to reimburse me.

Total jack*ss yelled and screamed at me over the phone at the top of his lungs with profanities and compete abuse like he was some tourettes child from the ghetto!!! Cemetery lost his mind, cracked out off the deep end over double charging me.. The most insanity if ever experienced with booking.com
