    Loved it! Very cozy row home within five minute walk to Goodison park. Clean and very welcoming.

    Brilliant location, great host
    Closeness to Goodison park, food takeaways right at your doorstep with plenty of info inside the welcome brochure + was always warm with good heating.
    One of the double rooms was a little small which made it difficult to be to get changed/ ready.

    Very quiet residential neighbourhood, particularly at night it is dead silent. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a few days' stay. Parking permit allows for free parking in front of the house.
    Strong smell of mold in the kitchen and the bathroom. I cleaned away a lot of black mold in the shower stall. Heating is controlled remotely by the landlady and although Irene graciously turned the heating up upon my request it was nearly impossible to adjust the temperature in the bedrooms. Thankfully, there were only two of us and we used the largest bedroom which had a thermostat knob at the radiator that allowed us to turn down the temperature for the night. Of the two other bedrooms, one was stifling hot and the other one was very cold with no means to change anything about the temperature.

    Good spacious place, ideal for Everton fans
    Spacious and spotlessly clean, easy access to the front door with code
    Poss damp issues in bedrooms, paint was peeling off back bedroom wall around window. Some heavy wear and tear on sofa, walls etc Couldn't get the channels on the TV, TV switched on but couldn't get any channels on other remote

    Fab location for match days and comfortable house with everything you need.
    The bed was so comfortable. Host very friendly, well organised and informative. House has everything you need. Very quiet street. My husband loved the fact it was by the two football stadiums.

    Comfy, affordable and clean.
    The location was in a nice little neighborhood, near a couple of convenience stores and the football stadium. It was a little distance from the center of town but we enjoyed the bus ride from the train station and being in this part of the city. Great little Chinese take-out place (Chow's) and waiting for our food and chatting with the locals was lovely.
    We didn't have any complaints!
