Pleasant

Nice bathroom. Both rooms nice and warm. Available parking in a very congested street.

Lack of kitchen but we had been warned by the owner. No Television.

A day off to Guildford to see a gig at GLive

The room is conveniently near the GLive building where I had to see a concert. It was fab to come back at the room in few minutes after the show's end. The host is great. Thanks Richard!

Next time I would like to get open wifi, possibly it's just available now but I didn't find how to connect with that.

Very good value. Personally I really like accommodation where you have private access.

The contact from the host gave clear instructions. The accommodation was clean and well equipped. Very quiet as well. Great to have a dedicated parking space so close to the town centre. We went in November but the weather was good so we were able to take advantage of the cute little private outside seating area which will be even more brilliant in the summer. Good central heating so you will not be cold even if you go in the winter. A perfect place to stay after a good shopping spree and meal.

This is not really a complaint just a suggestion, it would be nice to have a TV.

The location is central to Guilford. The off-street parking is a real bonus. Superb value.

Superb

Short walk from/to town centre. Good value for money.

Great location for my needs. The bed was comfy and clean. WiFi was great as streaming live sports was uninterrupted. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Great communication from Richard in regards to instructions on where the key was located and key code to open the lock. WiFi code was also included, which I copied and pasted into my WiFi settings and connected in no time. A very nice and quiet location.

Maybe a bedside table would be nice to place things on e.g. phone. Other that, all was good.
