Very good

Lovely stay for New Year, enjoyed accessibility by car to local areas.

The cottage is styled to high standard and is very comfortable, all necessary amenities in the kitchen. The bathroom and main bedroom are very spacious.

The cottage was a little chilly given the time of year, there was a small amount of damp coming through the ceiling in the small bedroom and the water was not always hot enough for showers for four people. When running a bath the water came hot and cold and only ended up luke warm.

Lovely place but shame about the Wi-Fi.

Good location, nice place, very comfortable and clean

Really need to sort out the Wi-Fi issue and this is a make or break thing for the property, outside light not working, creaky floorboards to main entrance of master bedroom.

We really liked the decor and the little touches for the dog, bed in main bedroom very comfy and a great sized bedroom. 5 minute drive from centre of St ives and great inclosed garden, was very clean throughout.

Didn't have a pen to fill in the guest book sorry!.

Beautiful stay at Ivy Cottage. Super clean and comfortable and very informative host.

Beautiful and cozy home in St Ives. Beautiful decor, clean and just lovely!

The bunk beds werent comfortable, had a few aprons in the back but still okay. Wifi isnt too stable but understand this is due to the area so not in the control of the owner.

Great stay !

Loved the comfort! Felt like home , was so clean and everything was provided

The only downside I would say is that everything is not in walking distance. Like to go to town or the grocery store, even the beach you would have to drive a slight distance.

We had a perfect stay! Great location and a perfect host, we will defiantly be returning.

The property was at a great location, not too far away from the beach. Couldnt have asked for a better host, great communication from him. The decor and layout of the property is so well thought out! Havent got any negatives to say at all our stay couldnt have been anymore perfect!

It was my first time visiting St. Ives with my two daughters and nothing better than this beautiful cottage which made our stay peaceful and relaxing. the house has everything we needed, very clean and the parking area was just the icing on the cake. The location is great and accessible by bus too. Nice and friendly neighbourhood. We had 2 welcoming bottles of champagne which is great for drinks lovers.

A lovely clean cottage near to St Ives

lovely cottage - great if you are bringing a dog a long as theres a nice sized secure garden. Perfect location to get into St Ives, catch the bus from the caravan site just a minutes walk up the lane. very clean!

In the description it says there is a Barbecue to use however when we arrived there was no sign of one in the garden which was a bit disappointing.
