pure nightmare

realising your host has cancelled your reservation while standing in front of the Riad after hours of flight and the hole travel Circumstances, is one of the most terrifying things i've ever experienced yet.. All that at night, unpredicted!! Thanks God we found locals who helped us out. They escorted us out of the district (safety issues, robbery...) and helped us finding a transportation (taxi's aren't available in that area at night). Some local's also recommended us to report this and call the local police (to clarify this case) Even it the check In time closed 1-2h bevor we arrived, this isn't the way a guests should be treated. At least we received our money back. But paid almost 100$ more due to this situation (transport, night taxi, new hotel)

Amazing Riad and amazing management!!! So helpful and always at hand, we got help in ways never imagined before, all from local tips to even helping us find lost goods. I have never found such helpful and friendly staff anywhere else! They made our stay amazing really! An additional plus was the food, it was so tasty and made us feel at home

Excellent host, pieceful stay.

The staff including Manager, his helper and Kitchen staff were friendly, helpful and attentive to our requirements no matter what time of the day. The best stay so far in Morocco. They packed us complimentary breakfast the last day that lasted for us for two days. Thumbs up

It was bit hard to find, but I attribute it to our first day and it was night.

Nice stay but shame about it's location.

The breakfast was nice and the staff welcoming. Room didn't have anywhere to hang clothing and shower room very small but it was clean, bed comfy, my room looked nice and I slept very well. The adhan (call to prayer) was very loud in the morning but i didnt mind this at all, in fact i liked it, and got me up ready for the day!

I travelled alone and as a single female I didnt feel it was a particularly safe location compared to another riad i stayed at which was more central; at night, this is some way out the centre of the medina and very 'local'. I am sure I was followed one night after I returned from the restaurant and felt quite nervous.

Great rooms and attentions to detail, the host Ismail was really helpful in organising taxis and restaurants reservation

Location was in the leather/ tannery district, 20/25 min walk to the main square of Jemaa el-Fnaa, great markers near by, much cheaper than the main souks, stunning en suit rooms, and great in-house Hamman

Breakfast got slowly worse throughout the 3 day stay, great to start with 10 + condiments, which was excellent, but it seemed they ran out very quickly and didnt replace them with anything else, and they were refrigerating bread which by day 3 became stale. Which was odd when Morrocco is famous for its fresh bread and produce during our stay the whole road was full.

Beautiful staff and riad

I love the staff and facilities at this riad. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. The owner was great in giving us useful tips such as ensuring we had google maps downloaded offline to use.

The location however you can still walk to the main area in about 15-20mins
