Nice remote setting with nature

1. Towel was dirty. One of the rooms booked didn't hv towels. We checked in late so housekeeping had closed. 2. Mineral water supply had only 2 bottles in a quad room 3. Breakfast left much to be desired even if it was complimentary 4. Water heater not functioning properly

I love our second room near the istana.. Called Sri ilani.. It's a good retreat with malay traditional vibes..

Our first room was a disaster.. It was smelly and dirty with cigarette butt.. The bathroom wet and kind of moldy..

Quiet, chilly resort

Repeating customer here.. Beautiful Malay traditional house, ample parking space, cool & chilly atmosphere, this time i booked Junior suite the room is spacious with 3 big windows with the size of a door. It really brings back so much old memories of my childhood growing up in my grandparents houses. Room is clean. Comfy bed. Smart tv with Netflix and youtube. Water heater available. I love to come here because of the river too! Receptionist is great & good hospitality & customer service. Miss Nurul gave us extra breakfast for free tq so much. Recommended to come here and insyaAllah i will come back again soon

Water pressure for the bidet and the toilet bowl is really poor. The only thing that need to be improved is. Before this i stay at deluxe room, everything was good

The place serene & calm. Quite & peace. Nearby the river and our chalet just infront of the swimming pool. They send breakfast every morning. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Eventho the receptionist only until 8p.m, but they stay nearby and willing to help anytime require. Will stay again at this place. Certainly !!

The cafe did not open for business. Need to drive out to eat. Standby enough snack and instant noodles, just in case.

Breakfast is acceptable. Location is great. Staff is extremely helpful and responded fast. Kampung house is very nice. wifi and TV is good working condition.

facility in the room need upgrading especially the beds and bathroom (water leaking). Prefer white bedsheets rather than grey ones. This place have good potential if have proper maintenance and hygiene care.
