So proud to have overseas friends enjoy the beauty of the Hanmer village and surrounds in comfort.

Fabulous location , easy access to township.Well equipped and very comfortable.

Could be difficult for some travellers with the bedroom in the loft.Carrying bags upstairs could be a problem for some.

The villa was a great family accommodation, and it's walking distance to everything.

The location was fantastic, it's walking distance to all the amenities, and it was quiet and peaceful. The garage was an added bonus and the washer and dryer made it the perfect family getaway.

the location and the views to the lake

the floor squeaks everywhere and very strong. the carpet needs to be lifted and all lose nails adjusted. Maybe more added. Also, the deck has several nails semi-out and its very dangerous to walk barefoot. this should be addressed immediately.

all in all it was a great stay just a few things could make it a little more comfortable

great location comfy beds

couch wasnt comfortable shower over bath was difficult for older people and it was very slippery the heat pump is noisy and not that effective

location was good beds were comfortable kitchen was great washing machine and drier were super handy

glass shower wall was nearly falling off due to poorly installed the owners knew it was loose but didnt realise how loose it was airconditioning only effective in lounge rest of rooms was hot
