Dear Mr Arora I would like to inform you that visa rejection and flight delay is not in our hand. So its my humble request to please update the genuine feedback regarding our services where as you have not faced single complaint. Also i would like to inform that we have a proof of mails where as our team is asking to submit the documents on time but you have taken vey lightly. After that we have received 03 visa only yours Malaysia visa is rejected. And in this situation we have suggest to take on arrival visa and we have changed the Itinerary on very last moment without any extra charges. But at the end of day we are unable to match your expectation

Dear Sir Its really strange to see your feedback i am thinking the way i have supported you will received a excellent feedback but i don't know why you have putted false and wrong this here where as we have given all the services and inclusion as per your quote. Please find all the clarification point wise once again . 1. Your booking is done on sharing transfers only after the booking you have asked for private transfer where as i have given you difference of INR 6000/- but since due to restriction we are unable to provide you all the tours on private so we have informed the same thing to your before your tour start from India and we have also not charged any single penny for this and taken the money as per sic cost only. However i my self upgraded your some transfers on priavte basis without any extra charge. So kindly remove this line we have charged from you for private tour. 2. Me and our team not asked you to pay any single amount from you for any tour whereas you have done lots of changes in on ground . If you have paid 20000/- extra kindly share the slip with us because we have not recived any information for this from anyone so its my humble request to you do not create false stories. Even we have one group to avoid these type of confusion but we have not recived any information regarding this. 3. Veg food arrangement is already 100% confirmed from our side in every place but you are asking to change these arrangements and asking to arrange your Dinner in some special restaurants which is not possible from our side. Because we always booked Indian Buffet dinner but never specify the restaurant names however the meals are Indian and pure veg.But in your case in Cappadocia we have cancelled your pre book lunch and arrange separate Lunch in different restaurant on your request since you are very found to enjoy the meal of particular restaurant so definitely this amount we have collected from you since last minute cancelation is not possible in any International or domestic destination. However its really strange to see your review you have not mentioned we have arranged one complimentary Indian lunch from our side on your request on day of arrival in Cappadocia which is not the part of package. 4.Honeymoon freebies and ATV ride these all things are complimentary for Honeymooners. We always put a request for this in every hotel some hotels provide this and some not we can't guarantee the same. In your case you was already received Honey freebies and Bed decoration from our side where as we have paid extra for this since your wife is asking to do this on particular date and she is ready to pay for this but we have not charged anything. So its not like this seems your wife is calling back to back than we have arranged . The arrangements already done . Also again you have forget to mentioned here on your request we have arranged complimentary Hagia sophia tour for you which charges us around 50 euro per person kindly mention these things as well At the end i would like to say we have given each and every thing as per quotation only even more things but at the end of the day there we are unable to meet your over expectations which is not part of our inclusion. May be in future we able to met this requirement till the time my humble request to you kindly remove this review and put complete story .

Don't put such fake reviews we also have proof of airlines side which is already shared rest We have given answers all the call and feedback on time even we have never charged single penny as a cancelation where as we domestic flight charges not paid from your side which 100% non refundable so . Rest if you any dobut call us anytime

Dear Sir First of apologies from our side if you face any problem from side but i want clarify here we have given you 02 Night Beach Bungalow + 01 Night in Water Bungalow and clearly mentioned in Voucher as well one night will provide free upgrade in Water Bungalow but its totally depends on hotel's availbilty there is no role of agent. I have tried our level best to upgrade even our mostly guests are already upgraded but unfortunnetly on your dates resort is sold out. So they are unable to upgraded . So sorry for that we are unable to provide any refund or trip to u since we have not charged any amount from you.

We would request you to please give us the correct information as you took almost a weeks time to confirm us your travelling date and you were confused to finalized for number of nights i.e 3 nights or 4 nights. Moreover we have all the mails where you have given us the approval to confirm the package,
