The staff (Mrs. Jyoti Thakur) was friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to assist us with any inquiries or concerns we had along the way.
Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction truly made a difference.
Moreover, the destination itself was absolutely stunning. The natural beauty of Kashmir exceeded all expectations, with breathtaking views at every turn and a sense of tranquility that is hard to find elsewhere.
We have recently visited Himachal for 9 days. Entire tour planning & itinerary was as per our own choice which includes some of the offbeat places like Kasol, Jibhi, Jalori Pass, Naldheraa along with (Read More)Manali, Sisu, Shimla, Kufri, Chail. After couple of days search over internet, we selected Mountain Chain Travels as our CAB service provider during the tour. And I must say It was a wonderful experience with them. I would specially thank Ms. Diksha from Mountain team who meticulously executed everything starting from agreement finalisation, arranging driver partner and most importantly keeping in touch with us during the journey to ensure seamless experience. I am really thankful to Diksha, Mountain Chain team & our Driver partner Vishal for their outstanding professionalism & care. Cab was a comfortable Honda Amaze and Vishal was very much aware of the Himachali routes. However, the fact that our driver Mr Ajay who drove us around Shimla and Manali, managed to provide us with the utmost smooth driving even with the gi (Read More)ven roads only proves the greatness of Mountain's chain travel. Not only was our driver wonderful at his job, but he also was a very good person. It was a lovely trip, perfectly planned out and relaxing.
The driving skills were the finest and the planning of the trip was great, we managed to cover all we needed to while also having time to relax. It was a superb experience where we enjoyed various activities for the first time. The car was tidy and pristine throughout the trip. However to me, the best part of this service was that our driver fully adhered to our needs and even drove us to Shimla from Manali till midnight! That goes without saying, the professionalism of the driver as well as the travel agency guaranteed the success of this trip.
It was a memorable trip my family and I will remember for years to come :)
