Absolutely appalled by the unprofessional and absolute worst service from Besten Tours. Despite four weeks of meticulous planning and communication, they managed to botch our itinerary due to a suppos (Read More)ed 'human error.' This mistake conveniently surfaced after we'd finalized everything and paid upfront. Mr. Yash, the team member we dealt with, promised one thing but delivered another, leaving us stranded with an exorbitant bill for their mistake. Their excuse of a 'human error' is unacceptable, especially when we have documented evidence of our discussions. Avoid Besten Tours at all costs. They are incredibly difficult to work with and cannot be trusted to deliver on their promises. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.
