Very good

The value for money should be higher for a luxury hotel

The location of the hotel next to the beach and the size of the duplex room with outdoor jacuzzi was great. Quality of food in the restaurant was great. The cleanness of the room was spotless

The noise in the night was terrible. We couldnt fall asleep until 2am due to the loud music from the street. We asked to move to another room and no solution was offered. There were ants in our room (reported and nothing was taken care of). The fish restaurant was a big disappointment for us (slow service; the food was below average; no dishes for children). Some of the staff in the evening shift at the main restaurant was highly unpleasant. The shows were taking place in another hotel so we had to walk there each time with a baby and rush after dinner. The fact that the dancing party for the kids has every day the same songs is unbelievable (even my baby was tired from it after a couple of days)- it has to be changed given the fact that most people are staying longer and the are no entertainment alternatives in this area. We were at this hotel in the past and this time our experience was substantially worse.

Really good place for Protaras vacation

Room service twice a day, delicious food, no animation activities on the hotel territory (but if you want you can find it in the nearby Sunrise hotel), night service with sweets :) The hotel was fully booked but we dont find it overcrowded in the restaurants and in the pool areas

The hotel inside is already a bit outdated and needs renovation A bit weird thing: in our room was no wardrobe, just a space with hangers and thats it. So, when you are with suitcases and with children clothes and other not hanger stuff its hard to stay comfortable in the room. When we asked the staff about that they said thats the cost of the good sea view, and suggested us to use boxes under the sofa where linens are stored. That was not the best solution but acceptable for us.

Exactly what we were after.

It was well maintained Lots of facilities on site Allocated sun beds were great QR code for pool-side ordering Communal free lilos/ woggles Staff were excellent, everyone from doormen and maids to chefs and waitresses were friendly, helpful and approachable. Excellent service at all times. Food was very very good at hotel main restaurant/bar (better than some of the half board restaurants) Entertainment musicians were classy and enjoyable (saxophone at lunch outdoors and piano at dinner)

Side sea View from room wasnt as advertised, Slight smell to aircon/plumbing in room Marcellos restaurant was poor

5* Staff & Service - Delicious Food - Wonderful Stay

First and foremost, the staff and service were absolutely stupendous - so kind and friendly. The breakfast was consistently delicious with lots of variety across fruits, veg, bread, cold cuts, cheese and various drinks. There's a chef making eggs to order (scrambles, poached, omelettes, etc) and fresh bakery breads and pancakes. The swimming pool was consistently clean and the loungers were comfy. The gym is well kitted out and air conditioned (thank goodness, lol) with fresh gym towels and filtered water available. Lastly, the spa treatments were loooooooovely! Such a treat and one I'm very glad we splurged on.

I wasn't too pleased to find out the pool closed at 6pm. However, given the sea is right at the edge of the property, we'd just pick up our towels and move down that way to finish our outdoor time before getting ready for dinner.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional experience my family and I had during our recent stay at Sunrise Pearl Hotel and Spa in Protoras. The sunrise view was absolutely breathtaking, leaving us speechless with its vibrant colors and beauty. I'm also attaching some photos from our stay which captured the magical moments we had at this hotel. The service we received was nothing short of perfect and the staff members were incredibly nice. We would like to extend a special thanks to Ms. Glukeria Michael for her generous welcome and wonderful service throughout our stay. Her kindness and attentiveness truly made our visit memorable. We look forward to visiting Sunrise Pearl Hotel and Spa again in the near future.
