Enjoyable and comfortable stay!

Tranquility, relaxation, surroundings, location, staff, facilities, privacy, comfort, cleanliness, food, breakfast, prices, spacious room. They offered us complimentary room upgrade from inland view to swimming pool-sea view (very beautiful scenery)!

We were not fulfilled. We expected more

We decided to celebrate our marriage anniversary in this hotel. A good location, nice sea view from all rooms, a big swimming pool. Breakfast is very good too. One good bar near the swimming pool and one near the building

We decided to celebrated our marriage anniversary in this hotel. And I wrote it to the hotel manager. I warned the hotel about our event when I made a room reservation. I expected that there would be at least a welcome bottle of wine or champagne and some fruit in the room. I was ready to pay for it additionally. But it was nothingThis hotel positions itself as a five-star hotel, but it is not. A very poor minimalistic design with white walls everywhere and nothing to do it more pretty. I can only rate him a "4*". It is very strange for 5* hotel, but there are no a hair dryer, a shoe spoon, a water in the room. They forgot about our anniversary but didnt forget to ask to pay a deposit by my email every day before our stay. To be honest we were very disappointed with such an attitude towards us as guests

Location and very relaxing

The only thing I feel needs addressing is the reception staff. They were very rude and uncomfortable. Im not sure if this was because its the end of the season but they are the first and last people you see. We checked out 10 minutes late. We were called and hurried up which I appreciate. However nothing was ready for our checkout. Its surely a simple and important job for them to ask how was your stay? With a smile on your face. We left the hotel feeling very uncomfortable! I must say all other staff were incredible from pool bar to housekeeping and restaurant staff.

Lovely time in Cyprus that both my mum and I enjoyed very much!

Excellent position, very near the centre of Protaras but also far enough to be very quiet. The hotel is also located on a bay with turtles and a variety of fish, so snorkeling was great

It would have been nice to be able to book one of the off site restaurants twice, instead of only once. Also the evening musical entertainment could be improved.

Everything: breakfast was fabulous, staff friendly, cocktails very well made and the rooms beautiful with a stunning sea view and everything was super clean.

We would have liked the gym to have been open earlier in the morning.

The hotel deserves the highest rate. An important advantage is its location in a quiet and peaceful place, allowing you to take a break from the noise of the city bustle, but at the same time within walking distance of the beautiful beach, bars and restaurants. Rooms with sea views extremely recommended! The rooms are spacious, towels were changed every day, good sound insulation. For those who, like me, appreciate perfect cleanliness, this is a nice option. The food has a good quality: there are enough meat and excellent fish dishes. If you like king prawns or perfectly cooked red fish with vegetables - this is the place for you! The staff is friendly and welcoming, always ready to advise and help in solving problems. The pillows are too soft, the hotel needs to add a second pillow of normal hardness. The lack of a bidet was a disappointment. There are no free drinks for lunch and dinner - you have to pay even for water or concentrated juice. Still, the hotel does not belong to the budget category, and economy on simple drinks looks strange.
