Never to return, bad service and poor value for money

Location

1. Elevators used predominantly for servicing leading to long waiting times 2. No hot water to bathrooms after 10am or after 7pm 3. Staff rude and unfriendly - opposite to what you would expect from a hospitality business 4. Never able to get a seat at the restaurant due to unavailability from allowing external guests into restaurant 5. No amenities - gym, etc 6. No lobby to sit and relax to wait before leaving / arriving (lobby always full of external restaurant guests)

Enjoyed the view but very overpriced for the amenities and comfort it provides

Great location and restaurants - fantastic view of the cathedral

This is not a 5 star hotel. It is like a hotel apartments - no amenities at all. No spa/ no gym/ no pool/ no concierge etc. The reception is a two table space( never seen any 4/5 star property operating like this) and any request for housekeeping or room service has to be routed thru the reception desk itself. Takes long time for them to respond as they r not staffed adequately to manage guest requests. Our room was not cleaned well as we had a cigarette stub when we checked in. The bathroom shutter door was broken and had a gap at the bottom. Even inspite of complaining nothing was done.

Really nice Hotel with great rooms, maybe invest in a better reception

Location was amazing, rooms were nicely made, modern and spacious. Beds were really comfortable.

It was all good overall, but the reception is really weird - just a small desk, looks messy and the two ladies working the morning shift are not trained well. For a 5 star hotel I do expect the reception to be on top of their game. They also make you enter your own data upon checking in, its not a big deal I just thought it was a bit odd.

Central location

We felt for the price, the facility could have added a few more touches to make the property match up to the price itself. It wasnt neglected by any means, but I would typically expect more refined touches relative to other places weve stayed in the area relative to price.

Excellent Location - Excellent Rooms - BUT NO SECURE WIFI

Location excellent. Rooms excellent. Reception staff and house-keeping were friendly, respective, and very helpful.

There is no private secure WiFi network within the hotel. You have to use a public network WiFi which is not secure. I found this very unusual for a hotel of this superior standard. They should be offering more English speaking channels on the TV, particularly as English is the second language in Austria and most local people speak fluent English.

It was average but not the worth the price paid

Hotel aesthetics was very nice and good location - opposite the cathedral.

Shower was leaking into the hallway of the room - staff wasnt very welcoming in restaurant or reception - payment process is very messy and complicated.
