Trio was to manali
Everything is was good including hotel. But the cab driver behaviour was very bad. He misbehaved, threaten us and forced to buy from his known shop. As wtp don't have direct control over the cab, it took 3 days to change that driver, So my suggestion you should verify the drivers, as the tourist don't know about the place.

Good price and the worst ever service effortlessly.
Arrogant staff, Pathetic driver, big false promises at the time of booking and there after you are on your own. On the first day they will squeeze more than 70 80℅ of the payment and there after they don't bother. All instructions given by you will stay only on paper, in reality you get nothing what you were promised. Dalhousie staff is the worst, then second worst is manali, and then dharmshala w (Read More)as lil better but not at all good. Promised that the food can be served in your room you can have your drinks and can eat dinner at your preferred time. But they refused later and said you can't get food in room and have to take your dinner before 10pm. Dalhousie staff member came in our room and drank more than half of bottle of our liquor then came in morning and finished the entire bottle we had. Driver said he will leave us in the middle of the highway and leave as he had some issues with company so he was blackmailing them thru us. Driver was taking us at all the places he had fixed cut with whether it is lunch place or activities, refused to take us at our preferred location for activities which was less than half of the price his contact was saying and our activity guy was on the way itself. Not in different location. We were hungry from morning and wanted to eat on the way to amritsar and had more than 6 ours buffer still he kept saying bas aage wale pe rokta hu and dropped us directly at amritsar. You can't eat, take dump without drivers will. We instrected and paid extra for all nonveg meal (dinner) but in manali we got almost nothing to eat or leftovers which was not at all enough, after complaining agent said chicken won't b available but can get eggs. I told them atleast give w eggs to each in curry, we were 5 and this manali hotel gave us 3.5 half eggs for all 5 saying I gave you 7 eggs, he counted half boiled egg as one, lol we slept unsatisfied with our hunger. Service in manali is minus not even zero. They don't give water also in your room saying me akela hu niche aa ke lelo from 3rd floor. After that he started saying pani khatam ho gaya bahar se lana parega bohot door he. We were without water for 4 hours and eniter night. Finally we went out to get water and guess water, we got a shop just opposite to the hotel. Not even 5 meters away from hotel. And ya there was no water in the toilet too. Had to wipe off my ass with tissue paper that also I picked up from a diff hotel on our way to manali, got saved by that. Driver: unprofessional, laalchi, jholer. Arrogant, untrustworthy Manali hotel: hell hole. Staff is bhand, food zero, water never available to wipe your ass or drink Dalhousie: reception guy arrogant, talks like gunda as if you asked his kidneys for free. Unwelcoming, service guy was helpful but bewda and chep. Dharmshala: staff and hotel was good, but too far from centre, food was good, service was good, but didn't allow food in the room at all. And ya due to snowfall we slept in car for around 30 hours for manali that's fine not their fault and left early from manali so we reach on time to Dalhousie and checkin was at 10 in morning we reached there a night before that 8 or so, I told agency to arrange early checking ans we will Pay extra for early checkin. She knew that we were tired and had slept in car for 30 hrs and need rest. She said there are no rooms available at the hotel Dalhousie so we have to sleep again in car fir more 10 12 hrs. And while checking in next day the hotel said they didn't get any call from agency and had many rooms available for the night. Idk why agency did that to us. For me it's a waste of money worst experience One good thing: One of our friend had to cancel the trip 1 night before the trip starts due to some medical emergency at his home, so agency gave us back around so they deducted around 2500 or 3000 from. Our total packer amount for his food and extra bedding.
