Trip to Tawang

I like the cooperation and respond of agent.
There is coordination gap between the hotel owner, vehicle and agent. We had to book an extra vehicle and change the hotel at Tawang due to mismanagement.

Sightseeing experience, nice car provided, hotel location for jaldapara
Murti hotel too far from safari entry point. Murti hotel service can be better.

Trip to Alleppey, Thekkady, Munnar, Varkala

I liked the stays provided by Them. The traveller was also good.
At munnar we faced issue with hotel.. In munnar they had booked dew drops as our stay. But there dew drops said there is no booking.. I don't know who was wrong but we suffered.. Untravelled earth arranged us another stay ,extra cost was also beared by them but our time was waste.. we didn't get our choice of hotel.

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent trip to Kerala from 27th September to 4th October, 2025. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I would like to thank you for organizing a wonderful trip with great accommodations and a well-planned itinerary. Pros: The hotels you booked were excellent, food quality is good and the planned activities, such as the visit to the Poovar island trip, (Read More) Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, houseboat accomodation were highlights of the trip. The personalized service and attention to detail in planning the itinerary were greatly appreciated. Areas for Improvement: There were some issues with the driver provided for the trip. There are instances, we felt that he was not providing right information, avoid to visit places by giving excuses of traffic. This could be improved to serve customer loyality.
