Trip to Bhutan

The Tour guides did their best to keep to the Itienary and add more sightseeing.
The Hotel stays were decent

TOO MANY ITINERARY CHANGES After full trip payment for Bali, the itinerary was changed 3 times just one week before the trip. They mentioned water sports in their itinerary which was fully paid for by (Read More) us. Only to switch at the last moment to say people above 65 years were not allowed for water sports and other activities. This was not mentioned at the time of booking. After complaints, considering more than half of the group was above 65 years. They had to arrange alternate site seeings which was not mentioned in the itinerary and only informed to us right before our trip. We ended up losing money because of this, since we could not go for the activities which we paid for and were instead forced to go for alternate site seeings. Moreover, we missed an important site - Handara Gate because the tour leader abruptly decided we should go shopping in a mall, which was not part of our itinerary at all. He did ask the group before going but did not mention that we were on a tight schedule and any delay would cause us to miss our itinerary. After complaining, he blamed it all on bali traffic and the group's delay in climbing the bus as if taking us to shopping had no consequence. I would like to mention that we had an entire day reserved for shopping already. There was absolutely no need to take us to a shopping mall on the day of scheduled site visits. As a guided tour, it is their responsibility to make sure we reach all of our scheduled destinations that we have paid for in the itinerary. They cannot be discarded on a whim of the tour leader and a few members without everyone's approval. Overall, I'd say this was poorly managed by the tour and the guides. As a customer, you may or may not have the same itinerary which you have paid for.

Very disappointing experience with Bandhan Tours Pune for my tour to Amritsar-Dalhousie-Dharmashala from 23rd May to 28th May 2026. The overall service was far below expectations. They did not inform (Read More)anything regarding how to get online passes at Wagah Border for better convenience. On Day 3 our tour was for Dalhousie but without any intimation they changed it to Dharmashala. The hotel booked in both Dalhousie and Dharmashala was changed at the last minute without any prior notification to us or even to the driver. As a result, me & my wife was left waiting for hours and faced unnecessary inconvenience. None of the hotels they booked had good food because of which we had to do Breakfast + Dinner outside for which they had charged us. What was even more frustrating was the lack of support from the management team. They were unresponsive, uncooperative, and did not offer any apology or satisfactory solution to the problem. The services provided were significantly different from what was promised at the time of booking. A family vacation should be enjoyable and stress-free, but this experience turned out to be quite the opposite. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Bandhan Tours to others and would advise travelers to carefully consider alternative tour operators as they do not bother to call you even once during your trip or after the trip.

सुप्रभात माझ्या सहप्रवासी, सर्व बंधन टूर व्यवस्थापन, सुनितसर, प्रेरणामॅडम, वैभव सर आता आम्ही गोरखपूर विमानतळावर चेक इन करून बसलो आहोत तर म्हटले आपला अनुभव सर्वांसोबत शेअर करावा. आम्ही आजपर्यंत अनेक (Read More)ठिकाणी फिरलो आहोत पण १२ जून २०२६ च्या बंधन टूर ची नेपाळ सहल खरोखरच अविस्मरणीय झाली. प्रत्येक ठिकाणी मेसेज करून, कॅाल करून सुनितसरानी घेतलेली आमची काळजी, वैभवसरानी वेळोवेळी केलेले मार्गदर्शन व सहकार्य हे वाखाणण्याजोगे होते. यामुळे डोक्याला कोणताही ताप न होता संपूर्ण सहलीची मजा घेता येत होती. सहलीचा एक सुंदर अनुभव आपण दिलात. असा अनुभव बंधन tour ने दिला जो की आम्ही कधीच विसरणार नाही. तसेच सर्व सहप्रवासी यांनी आपण सर्व एका घरातील आहोत असे वातावरण तयार केले होते त्यांचेही खास आभार 🙏🙏 सर्वांचे मनःपूर्वक धन्यवाद.. सहल खूपच छान झाली..👍🏻🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
