- Pre-recorded commentary is available in a choice of 8 languages, including English, Chinese, Japanese, French, Spanish, Italian, German, and Portuguese. Pre-recorded commentary will be distributed to every passenger when boarding
- Lost, stolen, or destroyed bus passes will not be replaced
