# Booking Guidelines:
- Attention for same day booking: Book at least 8 hours before your pick up time
- After booking, the operator will be in contact with you to reconfirm the pick up time and itinerary
- The driver will pick you up directly from your hotel or specified pick up point. Please be at the pick up location 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time
# Confirmation:
- You will receive a confirmation email and voucher instantly after booking
- In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email
# Vehicle Options:
- **Standard Sedan:** Maximum 3 passengers + 3 standard sized luggage
- **Standard MPV(Hyundai H1 Van):** Maximum 4 passengers + 4 standard sized luggage
- **Standard Van(Toyota Commuter Hi-Ace Van):** Maximum 8 passengers + 6 standard sized luggage or 10 passengers + 5 standard sized luggage
# Luggage Information:
- Standard Luggage Size: 24". Bags over 24" will be considered 2 pieces
- Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
- You may bring more luggage if the number of passengers is less than the limit (e.g. bring up to 10 pieces of 24" luggage if there are only 5 passengers in a van)
# Additional Information:
- **Important:** Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
- Service Hours: 6:00am-10:00pm, daily
- Child seats are not available for this transfer service
- All vehicles are stroller and wheelchair friendly
- Please provide your **passport information** (name/number/date of birth) for insurance purposes at the checkout page
- Food and drinks are allowed inside the vehicle except for items with a strong odor (e.g. durian)
- Service languages include Lao, Thai, and basic English
- For car charter the time will be started on the pick up time, outside the service hours will apply certain surcharges
