- Infants aged 0-5 are free of charge
- Please bring valid IDs for verification. If you're unable to provide identification on the date of your visit, you'll be required to pay for a full price ticket on site and no refunds will be issued for the ticket that you booked
- The staff on site will guide you in configuring the Rome city audio guide app on your smartphone and will give you all the information you should need
- The Vatican has a strict dress code. Men, women, and children are required to wear clothing covering the knees and shoulders. If you're denied entry for not wearing the proper dress code, no refunds will be issued
- Pregnant women, families with strollers and visitors on crutches or wheelchairs have priority entrance to the Vatican museum. Please note: they can't benefit from this ticket and need to buy tickets at Vatican museums directly
- Please note that the Museums' hours and closures may be changed due to special Religious events
- Taking photos in the museums is permitted but for personal use only; you're not allowed to take pictures inside the Sistine Chapel. Flash photography and video recording are strictly prohibited
- There is a security check that every passenger must go through
- The Museums are wheelchair (both regular and electric), electric scooter, and baby stroller-accessible. Though, some areas can't be accessed by electric wheelchairs. For these areas, you'll have to transfer to a regular wheelchair, which can be provided on-site for free
- You can store your bags at the available luggage area on site (EUR5.50/piece)
