- Car (Toyota Etios or Maruti Swift Dzire or similar): 4 passengers + 4 standard size (22" x 14" x 9") luggage
- Van (Toyota Innova or similar): 6 passengers + 6 standard size (22" x 14" x 9") luggage
- **Please note:** If you are booking a car, it is recommended that you have a maximum of only 3 passengers for comfortable and spacious seating

# Additional Information:
- Child seats or baby capsules are not available in this service. Infants can travel as long as they are seated on the lap of a parent or adult guardian
- Please note that a moderate amount of walking is involved
- The driver speaks only basic English
- Rescheduling due to bad weather can be made at the discretion of the operator
- **Note:** Bookings need to be made at least **4 hours in advance** for pick ups between 11:00am-10:00pm. For pick ups between 10:00pm-10:59am, bookings need to be made at least **8 hours in advance** of pick up time
- Return should be scheduled before 10:00pm on the same day. Overtime night surcharge of INR250 is to be paid directly to the driver in cash
- If the car travels more than the specified kilometers, an additional surcharge of INR10 or INR13 amount per kilometer will apply, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
- Food and drinks are allowed inside the vehicle, but please keep the space clean
- Wheelchairs, walking canes, infant strollers, etc. are not considered luggage and are not allowed inside the vehicle due to lack of space
