- The Viking Museum Vikingaliv is wheelchair/stroller friendly. It is not possible to bring wheelchairs onto Ragnfrid's Saga Viking Ride; however, it is accessible for guests who can move from the wheelchair to the wagon and sit with bent legs
- Ragnfrid's Saga Viking Ride is offered in the following languages: Swedish, English, Russian, Finnish, Chinese, Spanish, Italian, French, and German
- It is recommended that children aged 0-6 be accompanied by an adult for Ragnfrid's Saga Viking Ride as it can be considered scary by some
- Scripts are available in Swedish and English for customers with hearing impairment participating in Ragnfrid's Saga Viking Ride. Be sure to request the script on site
- Audio guide: Customers need a smartphone and earplugs (earplugs are available for purchase on site) to use the audio guide. Customer can connect to the free wifi at the museum and will automatically be directed to the audio guide, where they can select their preferred language
- Guided tours: Customers can join the scheduled guided tours upon arrival at the museum
- Cloakroom with hangers and lockers are available on site free of charge
- Photography is permitted, except during Ragnfrid's Saga Viking Ride
- Viking mead contains alcohol and customers must be age 18+ to enjoy
