- Visitors aged 0-17 are free of charge and visitors aged 18-25 can have a discounted ticket. Please note that you need to collect the free/discounted ticket at the ticket office of the museum and present a valid ID for verification. Visitors with free/discounted tickets will not benefit from skip-the-line access
- Visitors are allowed to take photographs for private use. Use of flash, tripods, and selfie sticks, however, are not allowed
- The museum is wheelchair/stroller accessible
- Please note that entry to the temporary exhibitions are not included. You may purchase on site
- Audio guide is available in 5 languages: English, Spanish, German, French and Italian. You may rent on the spot for EUR5
