- Infants aged 0-3 can enter free of charge
- Child ticket: Age 4-12
- Junior ticket: Age 13-17
- Adult ticket: Age 18-64
- Senior ticket: Age 65+
- **Please note:**Children( under age 13) and infants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and must enter together
- Please note you may have to wait 30-90 minutes before being admitted into the venue. Please be patient if any delay occur
- Please bring a valid ID during your visit as it is possible that you may be asked to present identification upon entrance
- Please be at the venue and line up in the entrance within the time stated on the ticket
- The admission ticket to teamLab Planets is only valid for single use. You are not allowed to re-enter the attraction after exit
- This attraction cannot accommodate participants with strollers
- Participants with wheelchairs will be requested to transfer to the venue's available wheelchairs once inside. The number of available wheelchairs is limited. Please take note that the wheelchairs are the standard type, without any special accessories
- Eating, drinking or smoking onsite is strictly prohibted
- Please note that you will be barefoot during the experience. Water levels can rise up to knee height for adults
- Please note that an area of exhibit has a mirror surface. There is a possibility of your underwear reflecting on the mirror surface if you are wearing a skirt or wide-hemmed pants. It is highly recommended to wear pants during the experience
- The facility is not liable for any participants' personal injury, loss, or other problems occurring inside the venu
- Due to the facility's intricate layout pets, including guide dogs, are prohibited from entering
- Lockers for small luggage are available to use and free of charge. Lockers are 26cm wide, 49.5cm deep and 87.5cm high
- Please note that some artworks display flashing lights and loud noises
- Photography and video recording is permitted throughout the visit. However, please refrain from disturbing the other visitors
