- Anyone regardless of age can join. Please note, however, that you must be physically fit enough to take the stairs up and down 16 floors
- Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by at least one paying adult
- This tour operates in any weather condition
- There are no cloakroom facilities at the location
- This tour is unable to accommodate wheelchairs or baby strollers
- Photography is permitted throughout the tour except in the control room, which contains top secret documents
