- Children ticket: Age 6-15
- Adult ticket: Age 16+
- Re-entry is not allowed
- The entrance ticket includes access to the museum, the Swiss Chocolate Adventure, the Media World and the daily screenings/shows at the Filmtheatre and the Planetarium
- Please note the Swiss Chocolate Adventure is not accessible to wheelchairs. The Museum and other attractions are wheelchair accessible
- Lockers are available at the location for a deposit of CHF2
- Filming and photography is permitted in all areas accessible to visitors (exception: Filmtheatre and Planetarium). The images/videos may be used for private purpose
- Food and beverage outlets are available in the museum. Outside food and drinks may be consumed in the outdoor exhibition areas, but not in the halls or restaurants. During winter, a heated railway carriage will be provided next to the Rail Transport Hall for the consumption of picnics
