Sunset Dinner Cruise Experience in Langkawi

- You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
- This voucher is valid on the date and time specified only
- **Please provide a photocopy of each traveler’s Passport or Mykad to [email protected] along with the booking number immediately after the booking to secure your desired chosen date and insurance**
- **Please note: Documents have to be submitted before 6:00pm one day before your participation date. Additional penalty fees for processing express insurance pass will incur on any documents that are submitted after 6:00pm**

# Hotel Pick Up Information:
- After booking, the operator will contact you to reconfirm your hotel address and pick up time
- Please arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pick up time
- The driver will only wait for 10 minutes. If you fail to show up after the waiting time, you will be considered as no-show, the driver will leave, and no refund will be issued
- Please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays due to traffic on certain routes

- Location: Pekan Rabu Jetty or Awana Porto Malai Jetty
- For packages without hotel transfers, the operator will contact you via whatsapp/email to reconfirm the departure time from the jetty one day before the cruise
- Standard meet up point is Pekan Rabu Jetty or Awana Porto Malai Jetty. The operator will confirm the meet up point one day before the cruise
