- Child ticket: Age 5-14
- Infants aged 0-4 can join the tour for free as long as they are sitting on the laps of their parents
- Passengers holding child tickets must be accompanied by an adult upon boarding the bus
- This bus pass is non-transferable
- Lost, stolen, or destroyed bus pass will not be replaced
- The bus does not have mandatory seating reservations nor can any seats be reserved
- The tour may be delayed due to unexpected street closures, traffic congestion, street parades or celebrations and road works
- The operator will advise you in advance if the tour gets canceled in cases of bad weather
- Passengers must adhere to the driver’s instructions at all times. You must remain seated while the bus is in motion
