Shinkansen Bullet Train Ticket from Kyoto to Tokyo/Nagoya

- You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
- You can't go on the train with Klook voucher or the exchange order directly. You must present your Klook voucher to avail of the exchange order, then you must present your exchange order for a physical ticket within the validity period
- **The exchange order is valid for 30 days from booking date, please redeem your physical ticket and make a reservation before then**
- **Important:** The physical train ticket is not available on the following dates: 27 Apr-6 May, 10-19 Aug, and 28 Dec-6 Jan
- The validity date will be updated irregularly, please refer to the date you received on the exchange order
- The physical train ticket is valid for use only on the date specified, on the designated train station and car indicated on the ticket
# Redemption Process:
## Step 1: Redeem a Exchange Order
- Please present either a printed or a mobile Klook voucher to pick up the Exchange Order from the voucher redemption locations listed below
- The staff will teach you how to reserve your seat when you pick up the Exchange Order
- **IMPORTANT**: Exchange order redemption point is only available at the Kansai International Airport counter

## Step 2: Redeem a Shinkansen Ticket
- Redemption for the actual Shinkansen Ticket could be done at a JR Ticket Office (Midori-no-madoguchi). Ticket redemption can be made on any date within the validity period of Exchange Order. You could redeem your physical ticket at the JR Ticket Office (Midori-no-madoguchi)
- When you reserve your seat, you can choose the bullet train called Nozomi, Hikari, or Kodama
- You also could redeem the Shinkansen Ticket at the machine. Please refer to How to Rerserve the Seat at Machine
