- Guests must allow for ample transition time between their land trip to or from Vientiane and their scheduled flights. The transfer operator will not be responsible for missed flights or appointments
- Transfers between Vientiane and Luang Prabang are approximately 7-8 hours long
- Additional surcharge will apply if pick up or drop off point is outside of city limits, to be paid directly in cash to the driver. Operator will reconfirm the surcharge amount in advance
