- Each passenger is only allowed to bring a maximum of 30kg of total luggage
- Please prepare your passports and Vietnam Visa for Customs and Immigration at the border of the Vietnam cities
- If any of the buses break down midtrip that requires a change of bus causing 2+ hours delay, your ticket will be fully refunded
- The bus is not accessible to wheelchairs and strollers, however, they can be stored in the compartment
- Failure to arrive at the specified departure time will be considered a no-show and no refunds shall be provided
