- Children aged 0-14 can enter the palace, free of charge
- The admission tickets will be sent to you via email within 24 hours from booking. You must present a printed copy of your ticket along with your valid ID at the entrance. Please note that you can only use the ticket between 9:30am-4:30pm
- An English-speaking guide will be provided for a maximum of 3 hours, if booked additionally. Please note that this is applicable for the Red Fort tour only
- The Red Fort is closed on Mondays
- Skip-the-Line ticket only applies for avoiding long queues at the main entrance
- The ticket is for a single-time use only. Reentry is not allowed
- The ticket is non-refundable and will not be of use on any other date or timeslot
- The ticket is non-transferrable and non-exchangeable
- **If you will be booking a tour guide, you will meet him at your hotel lobby and will accompany you for the rest of the activity. Please receive the tickets from your guide upon meeting**
- **Please note: SAARC and BIMSTEC countries include nationalities and residents of Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Maldives, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Myanmar. Foreign Tourists refers to anyone outside of India and SAARC/BIMSTEC countries**
- **Please note: The entrance tickets for Shaniwarwada Fort will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours from booking. You can present a printed or mobile copy of your e-ticket. However, your Klook voucher will not be accepted as your entry ticket**
