- A staff member holding a Klook sign will be waiting for you at the pick-up location
- The driver will wait for 1 hour 30 minutes for international flight and 1 hour for domestic flight. If you are delayed longer than scheduled time, Please email and message the operator to check if the driver is still available

## Hotel Pick Up
- Driver will wait up to 30 minutes from scheduled pick up time


# Surcharge:
- Any transfers from 12:00am-5:00am will incur a surcharge of IDR20,000 per vehicle, payable in cash directly to the driver
- A surcharge IDR50,000 will be applied for extra luggage or person
- A surcharge of IDR50,000 per hour will be applied for additional waiting time
