## Special Remarks
- During weekends and Japan public holidays, the tour will go to Lake Ashi instead of Owakudani
- **Please note**: There may be restrictions on entry into the Owakudani Area in case of volcanic eruption warning
- The ropeway will be closed in case of strong winds, lightning, etc. If the ropeway is closed or the queue for the ropeway is too long, the tour will proceed to Lake Kawaguchi
- **When the ban is lifted, the tour will follow the original itinerary. The group will be informed in case this happens**

- 9:00am-5:20pm (last entry: 5:00pm), from spring-autumn
- 9:00am-6:20pm (last entry 6:00pm), during weekends and Japan public holidays
- 9:30am-4:40pm (last entry 4:20pm), from 1 Dec-28 Feb

- **Seats will be reserved once the booking is confirmed. However, sideway seats may be occupied once the bus is full. If you are having trouble finding your seat, please ask the tour conductor or bus driver for assistance** 
- The tour can accommodate up to 59 travelers 
- The guide can only speak in Chinese 
- Children aged 0-2 can join the tour for free (without seats) as long as they will be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and they do not need separate seats
- Please indicate the number of children who will join the tour at the checkout page
- This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, PWDs, and people with serious medical conditions and fear of heights
- Participants aged 0-17 and aged 71+ must be accompanied by an adult aged 22+ 
- If the booking is not confirmed due to it being fully booked or other unpredictable situations like inclement weather, you may reschedule or request for a full refund

- Each traveler can bring 1 piece of baggage for free. Please indicate the number of baggage that you will bring at checkout page. Please ensure that the actual number of luggage you bring on the tour date will not exceed the number you specify upon booking (Please note: Baby carriages, strollers, and wheelchairs are counted as luggage)
- No refunds or reschedules will be issued if you choose to leave in the middle of the tour 
- The operator will not take responsibility if the attraction is closed due to maintenance or any other situation beyond the operator’s control. No refunds or reschedules will be issued in this case
- Please follow the instructions of the guide during your free time
- The operator may change the itinerary due to traffic or any other uncontrollable reasons
- If you are unable to arrive in Japan due to extreme weather conditions or any other uncontrollable situation, you may contact Klook through email and provide proof within 3 working days after the tour date. If this happens, you may reschedule or request for a full refund 
- Please lower your voice and turn down your phone during the trip to create a comfortable environment
- This trip includes free time for travelers to tour around in certain spots. Please arrive at the meetup location at least 10 minutes before the meet up time. There will be no waiting for late-comers. Travelers who fail to arrive on time will not receive any refund and will be considered as no shows

## Mt. Fuji and Oshino Hakkai Day Tour with Gotemba Premium Outlets or Onsen Experience
- You can choose between the outlets and the hot spring experience on tours scheduled from Monday-Friday. However, only the outlet experience is available during weekends and Japanese public holidays
- **Please note:** Onsen tickets are not included in this tour. You need to pay on site. The 3-hour experience costs JPY1,000/adult at the Fujihakkei Onsen and JPY500/adult at the Gotembashi Onsen.
