# Booking Guidelines:
- **Same day bookings:** Book at least 5 hours before your pick up time
- **Airport pick up:** Select flight arrival date at checkout. If flight arrives at 12:00am on 2 May, select 2 May
- **Hotel pick up:** Your preferred pick up date and time should be at least 3 hours before flight departs due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight

# Vehicle Information:
- **Please note:** The standard luggage size is 24in. Luggage bags over 24in will be considered as 2 pieces
- Each additional suitcase will take up an extra seat in the vehicle
## Standard Small MPV
- Maximum capacity: 5 passengers (without any luggage)
- Toyota Avanza or similar
## Standard Medium MPV
- Maximum capacity: 6 passengers (without any luggage)
- Suzuki APV, Toyota Innova, or similar
## Standard Van
- Maximum capacity: 10 or 14 passengers (without any luggage)
- Toyota Hiace, Isuzu Elf, or similar

# Additional Information:
- **Important:** Each child must be included in the passenger headcount
- Child seats are available upon request with additional surcharge. Please select the child seat unit if available or indicate your requirement upon checkout
- Only the vans are wheelchair accessible. The other vehicles are not. Please note that one wheelchair will count as one standard-sized luggage
