Private Wattay International Airport Transfers (VTE) for Vientiane

- You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
- The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified

# Pick Up and Drop Off Information:
- For airport pick-ups, a friendly driver will be waiting for you at the exit gate while holding a Klook sign with your name on it
- A 60-minute waiting time is allowed for customers to process Visa on Arrival and luggage pick up
- For airport pick up, if longer delays and customers would like to ask the driver to wait for them, customers can send SMS or call the driver
- If your flight is delayed, please contact Klook customer service and we will reschedule your pick up
- For departure trips (hotel pick ups), we recommend that your preferred pick up time is at least 2.5 hours before your actual flight. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight
- The driver will wait up to 15 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. If you are not present for pick up and cannot be reached, you will be considered a 'no show' and no refunds will be given
- Normally only one stop allowed in this transfer service
- The operator will charge USD 5 for night time service

# Surcharges
- USD12/hour for departure waiting time that exceeds 45 minutes, to be paid in cash (USD) to the driver
- Please note: For pick ups outside the designated service area in Vientiane, an addtional surcharge will apply depending on the distance (please check the Vientiane Pick Up Area guide below). The operator will inform you of the surcharge amount in advance and you can book the surcharge package directly
