# Hotel Pick Up Information:
- Kindly indicate your hotel name or pick up point and address at the checkout page
- Please be at your hotel lobby or pick up point at least 15 minutes prior to the pick up time stated during checkout. No refunds will be given for latecomers and no-shows
- The driver will wait up to 15 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. Any additional waiting time will incur an additional surcharge of MYR 60 per hour, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
