## Airport Pick Up
- The operator will contact you within a day before your pick up date to reconfirm your booking, please be notified
- In case of delays, please contact the hotline number indicated on your voucher
- **International flights:** After you exit Arrival Hall, please look for the Klook coordinator holding a Klook signage at column 10 (please refer the map for more details). The driver will only wait for 1 hour after your flight lands
- **Domestic flights:** Look for the booth with a Klook sign on the right side at the Domestic Arrival Hall (inside Domestic Terminal). The driver will only wait for 30 minutes after your flight lands



# Surcharge:

## Waiting Fees
- 5-seater Car: Any additional waiting time will incur an additional surcharge of VND90,000 per hour, to be paid in cash (VND) directly to the driver
- 12-seater Car: Any additional waiting time will incur an additional surcharge of VND120,000 per hour, to be paid in cash (VND) directly to the driver

## Extra Stops and Beyond Service Area
- Additional surcharges will apply for extra stops or if your hotel/destination is outside city limits, depending on the distance, to be paid directly in cash (VND) to the driver. The operator will reconfirm the amount in advance

## Extra Luggage
- Passengers are allowed to bring up to the recommended number of luggage, depending on the vehicle type. Additional surcharges will apply for extra pieces of luggage, to be paid directly in cash (VND) to the driver. The operator will reconfirm the amount in advance
