# Booking Guidelines:
- Select flight arrival date at checkout. If flight arrives at 12:00am on 2 May, select 2 May
- Your selected pick up date & time for departure transfers should be at least 0 hours before flight departs due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight

- - You will receive a confirmation email and voucher instantly after booking
- In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email
# Vehicle Options:
- **Standard Sedan:** Maximum 3 passengers + 3 standard sized luggage
- **Standard Van:** Maximum 8 passengers + 8 standard sized luggage
# Luggage Information:
- Standard Luggage Size: 24" for a sedan and 26" for a van. Bags over the standard luggage size will be considered 2 pieces
- Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
# Additional Information:
- All vehicles are stroller and wheelchair friendly
- Service Hours: 6:00am-9:59pm for the morning transfers and 10:00pm-5:59am for the night transfers
- The driver can speak basic English
- Child seats are not available
- Only bottled water is allowed on board. Food and other drinks are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle

- Kindly book the return journey separately, if needed, as this is a one-way transfer only
