# Airport Pick Up Information:
- For international arrivals, the meeting point is at Pole 13 in Arrival Hall A2. If you can't find the driver, please look for Klook coordinator holding a Klook signage at column 11 (please refer to the photo for more details)
- For domestic arrivals, head outside the arrival hall A/B or lobby E. The operator will reconfirm your pick up point in advance
- For airport pick-ups, a friendly driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall while holding a Klook sign with your name on it
- **Important:** The driver will be waiting at the exit gate holding a sign with your name and the Klook logo. The driver will only wait for **1 hour** for domestic flights and **2 hour** for international flights. A surcharge will apply after this timeframe. Please contact your driver in case of any delay

# Hotel Pick Up Information:
- Please wait at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pick up time
