# Booking Guidelines:
- **Same day bookings:** Book at least 3 hours before your pick up time. Child seats are not available
- **Airport pick up:** Select flight arrival date at the checkout page. If flight arrives at 12:00am on 2 May, select 2 May
- **Hotel pick up:** Your preferred pick up date and time should be at least 3 hours before your flight departs due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight
# Confirmation:
- You will receive a confirmation email and ticket instantly after booking
- In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email

# Vehicle Options:
- **Please note:** The standard luggage size is 24in. Luggage bags over 28in will be considered 2 pieces
- Each additional suitcase will take up an extra seat

- Maximum Capacity: 5 passengers without luggage / 4 passengers with 2 standard sized luggage / 2 passengers with 4 standard sized luggage
## Standard Van
- Maximum Capacity: 12 passengers without luggage / 8 passengers with 4 standard sized luggage / 6 passengers with 6 standard sized luggage

- **Important:** Transfer services to areas not mentioned below are not available
- Kuta - approx. 30 minutes
- Jimbaran - approx. 30 minutes
- Legian, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Sanur, and Denpasar - approx. 50 minutes
- Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, and Tanjung Benoa - approx. 1 hour
- Tanah Lot, Ubud Center Area, and Canggu - approx. 1.5 hours
- North Ubud, Sebatu, Payangan, and Tegalalang - approx. 2 hours
- Amed, Singaraja, Lovina, and Kintamani - approx. 3 hours

# Additional Information:
- **Important:** Each child must be included in the headcount for vehicles
- Please include special requests at the checkout page (e.g. if you're bringing other items such as surfboards)
- Toll fees may differ depending on your chosen destination
- A 20-30 minute delay for van transfers may occur due to traffic in the airport
