- **Please note:** There is a strict implementation of the number passengers and luggages per vehicle. Guests who do not meet below criteria will be required to book another vehicle at their expense to be paid directly to the operator in cash (PHP)
- Oversized baggage such as the balikbayan box is equivalent to 3 luggages. Only a maximum of 1 balikbayan box will be accommodated per van. Due to the size of the balikbayan box, please request assistance from a porter at NAIA to assist in loading the box. Any damage to the items will not be shouldered by the operator
- **Standard Sedan:** 1-3 Passengers + 2 Standard Luggage (no balikbayan boxes allowed)
- **Standard Van:** 4-7 Passengers + 5 Standard Luggage
- The standard luggage size is 18" x 26"
- The largest allowable luggage size is 27" x 21" x 14", provided that these are only 5 pieces
- Walking canes, infant strollers, sports equipment items, etc. will be counted as a luggage
- Extra small bags are allowed on lap, strictly no luggage to be placed on the seats

- **Please note**: Bookings have to be made 5 hours before pick up time. Any booking received within a shorter period will be canceled by the operator and no refunds will be made
- **Please note:** Make sure you indicate the correct flight number. Missed pick up services due to incorrect flight numbers will not be refundable. If your flight number has changed, please inform the operator as soon as possible so the driver can track your flight status
- Child seats are not available. However, you are allowed to bring your own
- Please indicate your preferred transfer direction (departure or arrival) upon check out
- The vehicles are not wheelchair and stroller-accessible. You must fold these items and load them at the back
- Eating inside the vehicle is not allowed
- Any side trips, additional pick up, drop off and other reroute will be collected by the driver. Approval will be based on the driver’s schedule or availability

# Pick Up Information:
- **Please note:** If it is past the waiting time and you are not reachable via mobile, it will be considered a no-show and the driver will leave. No refunds will be issued for latecomers and no-shows. Notices via email will not be considered

# Hotel Pick Up Information:
- For hotel pick ups, the operator will confirm your pick up time in advance
- Please be at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before scheduled pick up
- The driver will wait for you up to 1 hour. If you are delayed longer than 1 hour, please email or message to check if the driver is still available. An additional surcharge will apply if the waiting time exceeds 1 hour

# Airport Pick Up Information:
- For airport pick up, an airport representative will be waiting at the Arrival Hall holding a placard with your name for 1 hour from flight arrival time before proceeding to the meet up location
- The driver will wait for you up to 1 hour from the flight landing time. If you are late for more than 1 hour, please email or message to check if the driver is still available
- If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and you message within 1 hour of landing, a full refund will be issued

## Terminal 1
- For passengers arriving at this terminal, all must activate their local or international phones. A designated personnel will call to monitor your arrival and send vehicle pick up information. As soon as you are done with immigration and baggage claim, please proceed to the **bay under the first letter of your last name.** All customers must have an active number as email addresses will not be considered as valid contact details. The driver will directly meet you at the bay. Vehicles are normally marked with a Klook signs on their windshields
## Terminal 2
- For passengers arriving at this terminal, please proceed to **Bay 14 for international flights and Bay 10 for domestic flights** after exiting Customs. The airport representative will meet you there
## Terminal 3
- For passengers arriving at the Domestic terminal, please proceed to the left side of the arrival area. The airport representative will meet you beside the Philippine National Bank (PNB) and Landbank of the Philippines (LBP)
- For passengers arriving at the International terminal, please proceed to the right side of the arrival area. The airport representative will meet you beside the Banco De Oro (BDO) bank
## Terminal 4
- For passengers arriving at this terminal, please proceed to the pick up and dispatching area outside of the terminal. The driver will meet you directly at the arrival hall. Please make sure your phone is accessible so we can call you once the driver is approaching. This terminal has very few parking slots and there is no airport representative at this terminal

# Midnight/Holiday Airport Pick Up Information:
- The airport representative will not be available to greet you during these times. Our operator will reach out to you directly via text. Please activate your phone upon touchdown so that the vehicle will be ready at the bay after collecting your luggage

# Surcharge:
- If you are an hour late for the pick up, there will be an additional charge of PHP200 for every succeeding hour
## Midnight Surcharge
- A midnight surcharge of PHP380/vehicle applies for departure transfers between 10:00pm-7:00am and arrival transfers with scheduled flight landing time between 10:00pm-7:00am. If your transfers fall between these timings, please choose the midnight surcharge upon check out
- Please note that flight arrivals that are delayed into midnight transfer timings will incur a midnight surcharge of PHP380/vehicle, to be paid in cash directly to the driver

Cancellation Policy

- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the activity
