Private Kempegowda International Airport Transfers (BLR) for Bangalore

# Pick Up Information:
- The operator will reconfirm your pick up time in advance. Please wait at the hotel lobby/airport for your driver
- Transfer services are available within Bangalore city center area including Indranagar, MG Road, and near Bangalore Kempegowda International Airport only

# Pick Up and Drop Off Procedure:
- Pick ups between 11:01am-10:00pm: Booking must be made at least 4 hours in advance
- Pick ups between 10:01pm-11:00am: Booking must be made at least 8 hours in advance

## Arrival Transfers
- For airport pick ups, the driver will be waiting outside the Arrival Hall holding a signboard with your booking name
- The driver will wait for up to 1 hour from your flight landing time. If you are delayed longer than 1 hour after landing, please email or message to check if the driver is still available. An additional surcharge of INR300 will apply for waiting time exceeding 1 hour
- If the waiting time exceeds 1.5 hours and you remain out of contact, it will be considered a "no show". The driver will leave and no refunds will be issued
- If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and you message within 1.5 hours of landing, a full refund will be issued

## Departure Transfers
- Please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pick up time
- The driver will wait for up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pick up time. If you will be delayed, please call the local operator or the Klook hotline to inform them of the delay
- If you are still out of contact after the waiting time, it will be considered a "no show". The driver will leave and no refunds will be issued
