Private Jodhpur Airport (JDH/JOH) Transfers for Jodhpur

- You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
- The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified

# Pick Up Information:
- The transfer services are available within Jodhpur city limits only
- The operator will reconfirm your pick up time in advance. Please wait at the hotel lobby/airport for your driver
- For pick ups between 11:01am-10:00pm, booking must be made at least 4 hours in advance
- For pick ups between 10:01pm-11:00am, booking must be made at least 8 hours in advance

## Airport Pick Up
- For airport pick ups, the driver will be waiting outside the Arrival Hall while holding a signboard with the lead traveler’s name
- The driver will wait for up to 1 hour from your flight landing time. If you are delayed longer than 1 hour after landing, please email or message to check if the driver is still available. An additional surcharge will apply for waiting time exceeding 1 hour to be paid in cash directly to the driver
- If the waiting time exceeds 1 hour and you remain out of contact, your booking will be considered a no-show. The driver will leave and no refunds will be issued
- If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances (e.g. flight cancellation and delays in flight) and you message within 1 hour of landing, a full refund will be issued

## Departure Transfers
- Please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pick up time
- The driver will wait for up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pick up time. If you will be delayed, please call the local operator or the Klook hotline to inform them of the delay
- If you are still out of contact after the waiting time, it will be considered a no-show. The driver will leave and no refunds will be issued
- For hotel pick ups, the date selected upon checkout should be your flight departure date (e.g. If your flight departs at 11:45pm on 1 May, please select 1 May)
