# Booking Guidelines:
- **Attention for same day booking:** Same day booking must be made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time, via the same day booking package. Pick up time is only available between 11:00am-11:00pm
- Kindly select your flight arrival date upon checkout. If your flight arrives at 12:00am on 2 May, select 2 May
- **For any booking amendments, please contact operator to reschedule, contact details can be found on the voucher**
- **Amendments must be made at least 24 hours from the scheduled pick-up time**
- No amendments are allowed once a driver has been assigned to your booking
- **Please note:** You will receive the driver's contact information one day before your departure date
- **Please note:** Your selected pick up date and time for departure transfers should be at least 3 hours before flight departs due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight

# Vehicle Options:
- **Standard Sedan:** Maximum 3 passengers + 3 standard sized luggage
- **Mini MPV:** Maximum 4 passengers + 4 standard sized luggage
- **Standard MPV:** Maximum 6 passengers + 5 standard sized luggage
- **Standard Van:** Maximum 9 passengers + 6 standard sized luggage
# Luggage Information:
- Standard Luggage Size: 22in x 14in x 9in. Bags over 22in will be considered 2 pieces
- Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated

# Additional Information:
- **Important:** Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
- Child seat is available for a surcharge upon request, please select the child seat as required
- Only bottled water is allowed on the vehicle. Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
- Special luggage such as sports equipment, musical instruments, wheelchairs, etc. will not be accommodated
