# Additional Information:
- For airport pick up, the date selected upon booking should be your flight arrival date (e.g. if your flight arrives at 11:45pm on 1 Jun, please select 1 Jun)
- For hotel pick up, the date and time provided should be your preferred pick up date and time
- **For departure (hotel pick up), we recommend that your preferred pick up time is at least 3.5 hours before your flight time due to the traffic condition in Bangkok**
- Please let us know if you require a child seat at least 24 hours before travel date or have any other requirements in the space provided at the checkout page. One child seat can be provided for free, while succeeding child seats will incur an additional charge of THB200 per seat, paid in cash directly to the driver
- Child seats are available upon request, for children aged 0-4 or 109cm and below in height only. Please note that all requests are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, the local operator will inform you before your selected travel date
- This transfer's vehicles are wheelchair-friendly
- The driver can speak basic English only
- When booking, please choose a vehicle that can accommodate your group size. The operator reserves the right to request guests to book an additional vehicle in cases where the size of the traveling party does not fit their chosen vehicle on the day of pick up

- Please make sure that your pick up location is within the free pick up service area. Pick up locations outside the service area will incur additional surcharges based on the distance, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
